Pros and cons of Pass the CFA® Exam Level II app for iPhone and iPad

Pass the CFA® Exam Level II app good for

I passed the 1st exam with the CFA 1 version of this app and I just have to say that both apps have been so nice to have. It breaks up the studying in swallowable chunks. Especially since the CFA 2 is even harder and more studying!
Simple, clear flashcard application. I like that you can check off cards you already know and add your own. Probably use this to review on the bus.
Studying for the CFA 1 has put a major dent into my time outside of work. This app is really helpful for memorizing concepts, terms, and formulas. I still need to spend a lot of time studying and practicing problems, but when I do have the time to sit down and study, I can concentrate on going through problems instead of memorizing material. I would say this app is an essential study supplement.
Pass the CFA Level 1 was instrumental to me passing Level 1 and alas the gods have blessed us with Pass the CFA Level 2. So far it is just as thorough and helpful as the first and am absolutely happy i invested the $20. Good work!
nice flashcard app that covers the entire curriculum and breaks down the material by LOS. Useful for quick reviews of the study sessions. Only things I dont like are that you cant flip thru the cards and that there is no setting to automatically show the answer. Im not big on using flashcards to quiz myself except for formulas and it would be nice to just have the answer show up automatically. Price was $19.99 so not too expensive. Other suggestion, have formula flashcards for each SS.
Pretty decent study aid, but I cant find the cards for first section of the Financial statement section, which is Inventories - LIFO, FIFO and all that good stuff. The app has a list of all the LOSs, but there no cards for these Loss. Very strange. "No cards" means no info on the topic, FYI.

Some bad moments

Hi! Software is good but useless in practice(((. Only 1 and main problem is that font is very small to read it iphone 5. Please increase font size for iphone at least 2 times or add functionality for custom font size. Thank you
Outdated. Alot of the formula are wrong or does not include the fundamental assumptions. You are better off spending the $20 elsewhere!
Update: as i have gone through the level 2 material this app is really out of date. This is a really good app; however, some of the formulas are not clearly written. I also wonder how much it will help with level 2 given the test format differs from level 1. Itd be great if they had questions which were put into the lvl 2 format. Id probably pay an extra $20 for that
I created new flash cards but cant seem to save it. What happened?
